Grant, Volume 2: Bathtime

Mr. Stryker goes to find Grant to announce breakfast is ready. Of his many tenants, Grant is different, a mutual attraction is building. Mr. Stryker and Grant got to know each other in the most intimate of ways during the leasing process.
