It was the bitter-sweet early evening on the final day of their last summer campout. Scoutmaster Scott purposely dithers about loading the last of the equipment, and Grant ‘“generously’ volunteers to stay behind and help. Needless to say, the other scoutmasters knew what was up and didn’t offer to stay. Scoutmaster Scott promised to drop Grant off at his house when they got back to town.
